Payment Method Policy

1. Displayed currencies and secure processing

Prices on www.magneil.com may be displayed in United States dollars (USD) and euros (EUR). Payments are processed through a secure, verified third-party payment gateway. Sensitive payment credentials are not intended to pass through or be stored directly on our website systems. Payment information transmitted during checkout is protected using SSL/TLS encryption and the security controls of the relevant payment provider.

2. Your authority to make the payment

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment instrument selected at checkout. This includes, when applicable, a debit card, credit card, or another payment instrument offered by the payment provider. You should not use a payment method that belongs to another person unless you have their valid authority to do so.

3. Genuine disputes and fraudulent chargebacks

When you purchase from us, you confirm that you understand the product or service being ordered and agree to pay the amount shown at checkout. You must not knowingly submit a false, fraudulent, or misleading payment dispute or chargeback. If FASHYNOX APPAREL LTD reasonably identifies an attempted fraudulent dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend or terminate the relevant account and/or permanently restrict the associated IP address from using the Site. This does not prevent a customer from raising a legitimate billing concern or exercising a lawful chargeback right.

4. Price and plan changes

FASHYNOX APPAREL LTD may revise the price of services or products periodically. We may also change prices displayed on www.magneil.com and may adjust the amount of resources, features, or entitlements included in a particular plan. Any price applicable to a new purchase should be the price presented at the relevant point of checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors and any rights required by law.

5. Purchase-history discount structure

www.magneil.com uses a tiered discount system under which eligible repeat purchases receive progressively larger discounts based on purchase history. Under the stated structure, the second purchase receives a 5% discount, the third purchase receives a 15% discount, and the fourth purchase receives a 25% discount. The discount may continue to increase on later qualifying purchases, but the maximum discount available under this system is 40%. Any discount is subject to the conditions displayed or communicated for the relevant purchase.
