1. About Magneil

www.magneil.com is an online retail store offering a range of products to customers in locations that we support. We aim to provide useful product information, a secure checkout process, order and delivery updates, and customer assistance. Questions about an order or the Site can be sent to suppport@magneil.com. 2. Permitted use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful personal shopping and related purposes. You must not misuse the Site, attempt to enter restricted or administrative areas without permission, interfere with security measures, probe or disrupt the technical operation of the Site, knowingly submit false information during checkout, or copy protected content without permission. You must also follow reasonable checkout and account-security instructions.

3. Product descriptions, images, and availability

We take reasonable steps to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability information accurate. Nevertheless, minor differences may occur because of screen settings, supplier revisions, production changes, packaging updates, measurement tolerances, or other manufacturing variations. If a particular feature, dimension, compatibility requirement, colour, or specification is essential to your buying decision, contact us before submitting the order so that you can request clarification.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected product or service. An automated acknowledgement or email confirming receipt of the order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order for a reasonable business reason, including lack of stock, inability to obtain the product, a payment failure, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, a delivery restriction, inaccurate customer information, or another issue that prevents lawful or practical fulfilment. Any payment due back for a cancelled order will be handled as required.

5. Prices, charges, and payment

Prices are shown on the Site and may be changed for future purchases. Where relevant, shipping charges, taxes, customs-related amounts collected at checkout, or other fees should be displayed before the customer confirms payment. Payment must be successfully completed or authorised before an order is processed. We use third-party payment service providers, and we do not intentionally store complete payment-card details on our own website servers. See our Payment Method Policy for further payment rules.

6. Delivery and fulfilment

Delivery dates or time ranges shown on the Site are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Orders may be prepared or delivered using product suppliers, fulfilment partners, postal operators, and commercial couriers. Delivery can be affected by customs processes, carrier disruption, high demand, public holidays, weather, incorrect or incomplete address information, or other matters outside our reasonable control. 7. Returns, refunds, and mandatory consumer rights

Our Return and Refund Policy describes the operational process for returns, refunds, damaged goods, and order problems. Consumers in the European Union may have mandatory legal rights that apply independently of these Terms, including a right to withdraw from many online purchases within fourteen (14) days after receiving the goods unless a statutory exception applies. Nothing in these Terms or another Site policy is intended to exclude, reduce, or waive a consumer right that applicable law does not allow a trader to exclude.

8. Accounts and information supplied by customers

If you create an account or provide information while placing an order, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials reasonably secure and for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate and current. This includes your name, contact email, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and any other information needed to verify, process, and deliver the order. You should notify us promptly if account information changes or if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

9. Intellectual-property rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the text, graphics, visual layout, logos, product presentation, written materials, and other protected content appearing on www.magneil.com are owned by or licensed to FASHYNOX APPAREL LTD or the relevant rights holder. Access to the Site does not transfer ownership of that content. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, distribute, or use protected Site content for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the relevant rights holder, except when applicable law expressly permits the use.

10. Third-party providers and external services

The Site and our fulfilment process may depend on third-party providers, including payment processors, analytics services, couriers, postal operators, fulfilment companies, hosting providers, product suppliers, and email or customer-support systems. Those providers may operate under their own terms and privacy notices. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a separate third-party platform or service where the relevant event is outside our reasonable control, although this does not remove any responsibility that the law places directly on us as the seller or trader.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, courier or supplier delays outside our reasonable control, or losses arising from improper use of a product. This clause does not exclude or limit liability where the law does not permit exclusion or limitation, and it does not remove mandatory statutory consumer protections or other non-excludable rights.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the Site, our business processes, legal requirements, or the products and services we offer. The latest version will be made available on the Site. Where legally appropriate, continued use of the Site after revised Terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms for future use. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen when applicable law prevents that result.

13. Governing law and consumer protections

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in another country, mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence may continue to apply where the law gives those rules priority. Any choice of Cyprus law in these Terms is not intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
